India’s space-tech story just got a major funding milestone. What Pixxel Actually Does

Pixxel builds hyperspectral imaging satellites — a step beyond conventional Earth-observation cameras. Instead of capturing just a few colour bands, hyperspectral sensors split reflected light into hundreds of narrow bands, turning each pixel into something closer to a chemical signature.
