Phantom Lawyer Is on a Roll
SBS’s fantasy legal drama Phantom Lawyer just keeps climbing. Episode 5 pulled in an impressive 8.7% average nationwide rating — its personal best for a Friday airing and enough to claim the top spot across all channels in its time slot. Worth noting, the show has consistently rated higher on Saturdays, which makes this Friday peak all the more exciting. If it keeps this trajectory, it could be eyeing double digits very soon.
Nielsen Korea data confirms it was the most-watched miniseries airing that Friday — a significant achievement in an increasingly competitive drama landscape.
In Your Radiant Season Holds Steady
MBC’s In Your Radiant Season, sharing the same time slot as Phantom Lawyer, nudged up slightly to 2.6% — a modest but encouraging rise as it heads into its final two episodes. Viewers are tuning in for the conclusion, which is always a good sign for a drama’s legacy.
Still Shining Hits Its Darkest Hour
On the flip side, JTBC’s Still Shining is going through a rough patch. Episodes 7 and 8 recorded 1.1% and 0.8% respectively — the drama’s lowest ratings since it began airing. With numbers dipping below 1% in episode 8, it’s a concerning trend the show will need to reverse quickly to recover viewer momentum.
