Coming up clutch once again, Patrik Schick rescued all three points for Bayer Leverkusen against Hoffenheim. The striker scored late in the game to make it 2-1, only minutes after Robert Andrich equalised in the 88th minute.
Maximilian Beier put the European hopefuls ahead in the first half, and it looked like Leverkusen’s unbeaten run was finally set to end. But, Schick rescued his side once again to reinforce their hopes of winning the Bundesliga title unbeaten.

With his last five goals, the striker has saved points for Leverkusen. And he has finally found his form after returning from a lengthy injury in the first half of the season.
Leverkusen will not miss Victor Boniface now that Shick is scoring regularly. The Nigerian is recovering from his own injury, and his teammate is surely delivering, making it a true team effort en route to the title.
