The current pandemic era had left us craving for an outing with our family. The Work from the Home norm has taken its toll on most of the millennials and they intend to find a place to enjoy their outing away from the work pressure which has now invaded their homes quite literally.

To capture the best moments of any holiday, one needs an equally good quality camera. Panasonic India has launched its latest flagship the Lumix S5 to meet every demand of holiday adventurers.

Panasonic’s latest Lumix S5 is a hybrid full-frame mirrorless camera. The new camera has a lightweight body and offers unbending reliance on both shooting photos and recording videos.

The new mirrorless camera is priced at ₹1,64,900 only for the body and ₹1,89,900 for the entire kit.

The Lumix S5 contains a 24.2-megapixel sensor and a 35mm full-frame CMOS sensor.

The company claims its camera sensor to deliver a wide dynamic range offering a high sensitivity in performance.

The Lumix S5 comes with the Dual Native ISO technology. This enables the users to shoot images and videos with as minimal noise as possible. The device is powered using advanced deep-learning technology, that offers high-speed along with high-precision AF (auto-focus). While capturing stills and recording videos, the Advanced Deep-Learning offers real-time detection of the subject’s features such as the human eye, face, head, and body.

The camera also comes with a separate mode dial which is dedicated to slow and quick motion, that captures time-lapse and slow-motion videos.

Mr. Sandeep Sehgal, Business Chief at Panasonic India stated, “Panasonic is committed to meeting the demands of content creators by challenging the constant evolution of the photo/video culture in today’s digital era. LUMIX S5 takes forward the LUMIX full-frame line-up with a compact yet feature-rich design. The most promising aspect of S5 is the improved autofocus (AF) capability that now includes head detection along with face and eye detection; empowering photographers, videographers, and the growing community of content creators with the best-in-class technology.”

As India is one of Panasonic’s biggest markets, it is expected to perform extremely well with its camera sales.
