Head-to-Head: History Favors Juventus
The numbers make grim reading for Palermo fans. Across their last 10 meetings, Juventus haven’t lost to Palermo, winning all ten encounters. Overall head-to-head stats show Juventus with 10 wins to Palermo’s 2, with no draws between the sides historically. It’s a stat Palermo will be eager to change under the Perth lights.
Team News and Lineups
Juventus will be without Jeff Ekhator, who is sidelined with a muscle injury expected to keep him out until mid-August 2026. Palermo, meanwhile, head into the clash with a fully fit squad and no fresh fitness concerns to worry about.
Both sides arrive with contrasting recent form — Juventus have been sharpening up against top European opposition including Inter and Chelsea, while Palermo have mixed results in their own warm-up fixtures. Confirmed starting XIs typically drop around an hour before kickoff, so check back closer to the match for the final lineups.
Prediction
Given Juventus’s dominant head-to-head record and squad depth, expect the Bianconeri to control possession and create the better chances. A comfortable Juventus win looks the likely outcome, though pre-season friendlies often bring rotated squads and surprises.
