Our Universe Episodes 11 & 12 — All Key Details

What Is Our Universe About?

Our Universe (Korean: 우주를 줄게) is a coming-of-age romance drama starring Bae In-hyuk, Roh Jeong-eui, and Park Seo-ham. It follows two in-laws — 28-year-olds Seon Tae-hyung and Woo Hyun-jin — who are forced to raise their infant nephew Woo-ju together after the sudden death of his parents, who were their siblings.

What started as a chaotic co-parenting arrangement slowly evolved into something far more complicated: romantic feelings, a love triangle, and one ridiculously charming baby stealing every scene. Baby Woo-ju’s screen presence has become the show’s biggest crowd-pleaser and a major driver of its social media buzz.

Where Things Stand Before the Finale

Tae-hyung has already confessed his feelings, and watching Hyun-jin with her college crush Yoon-seong makes him visibly jealous. Hyun-jin, meanwhile, feels torn — she feels comfortable and can truly be herself around Tae-hyung, yet feels motivated to grow when she’s with Yoon-seong.

The stakes got darker in Episode 9, when Tae-hyung uncovered a devastating truth: he learned the real reason why Gyu-tae had approached him, and discovered why his older brother had abandoned him — a revelation that changes everything heading into the final stretch.

Fans have been split, with many frustrated by the second lead’s heavy screentime, while others are simply holding on for baby Woo-ju and the promise of a satisfying ending.

What to Expect in Episodes 11 & 12

The finale needs to deliver on several fronts: Hyeon-jin must finally choose between Tae-hyung and Yoon-seong, the truth about Tae-hyung’s family tragedy needs resolution, and — most importantly for fans — Woo-ju deserves a stable, loving home to close the show on. Given the K-drama genre’s conventions, expect emotional confessions, a tearful reconciliation scene, and at least one moment that earns a genuine happy ending.

The real question isn’t if Tae-hyung wins — it’s how the writers get there after sidelining him for much of the second half.
