The rumors are finally true. Jennifer Winget has tied the knot with Singapore-based businessman William Ishmael, putting an end to weeks of speculation that had fans buzzing across social media.

Jennifer Winget: Overview

How The News Broke

Jennifer Winget, known widely for her role in Dill Mill Gayye, posted a clip on Instagram showing the newly married couple holding hands, with her diamond wedding ring clearly on display. The caption she chose captured the moment perfectly, hinting at a love story that had finally found its footing.

The post set off an immediate wave of congratulations. Genelia Deshmukh and Mouni Roy were among the first to comment, followed by a long list of familiar names including Sonu Sood, Jannat Zubair, Delnaaz Irani, Rashmi Desai, Kishwer Merchantt, Sophie Choudry, Anup Soni, and Nakuul Mehta.

The Dress, The Details

Ahead of the wedding, a behind-the-scenes video briefly surfaced online, originally shared by design label Karleo Fashion before being taken down. It showed Winget during multiple fittings for her custom bridal gown — a strapless silhouette with a sweetheart neckline, finished with intricate thread embroidery and delicate beadwork. The clips also captured the process behind the veil and bodice, giving fans a rare glimpse into the creative work behind the big day.

Church weddings like this one typically follow a structured ceremony rooted in centuries-old Christian tradition, blending religious rites with personal vows exchanged before family and friends, a format explained in more detail on Wikipedia. For Winget, choosing this format adds a timeless, intimate touch to a moment fans have waited years to see.

A Long-Awaited Milestone

Fans of the actress have followed her personal life closely for years, and this wedding marks a milestone many had been hoping for. With William Ishmael’s background in finance and trading, the couple now begins their married life away from the spotlight, even as the wedding video itself continues to circulate widely online.
