OPPO Find X9 Leak: Dimensity 9500 Beast Spotted on Geekbench

The upcoming OPPO Find X9 has made headlines with fresh leaks revealing significant design changes and powerhouse specifications. Recent Geekbench listings and insider information suggest OPPO’s next flagship could redefine premium smartphone standards.

OPPO Find X9: Key Leaked Specifications

Revolutionary Design Overhaul

Breaking away from tradition, the Find X9 adopts a rectangular camera module in the top-left corner, replacing the circular design of the Find X8. According to leaker Digital Chat Station, this change delivers “a more harmonious and aesthetically pleasing overall look, with a better texture and feel.”

The new rectangular layout isn’t just about aesthetics – it enables “higher camera specifications than the large circle” while maintaining the premium Danxia Original Color lens technology previously exclusive to Ultra models.

Dimensity 9500: Raw Performance Unleashed

The Geekbench listing reveals the Dimensity 9500’s impressive architecture:

• 1x 4.21GHz prime core
• 3x 3.50GHz performance cores
• 4x 2.70GHz efficiency cores
• Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 GPU

While current benchmark scores appear modest, this is typical for early test devices, similar to early OnePlus 15 with Snapdragon 8 Elite listings.

Premium Features Across the Board

OPPO Find series head Zhou Yibao promises the “most powerful standard flagship ever” with comprehensive upgrades:

• Display Excellence: Narrowest physical bezels on all sides with advanced eye-protection technology
• Enhanced Durability: Triple-tier protection with IP66+68+69 dust and water resistance
• Advanced Biometrics: Ultrasonic fingerprint sensors across all variants
• Charging Innovation: Wireless fast charging capabilities
• Magnetic Ecosystem: Rich accessory compatibility for seamless integration

Hasselblad Partnership Continues

The collaboration with Hasselblad promises “a very special gift” for photography enthusiasts, building on the success of previous Find series cameras. This partnership has consistently delivered professional-grade mobile photography experiences.

Market Positioning and Expectations

With the upgraded Tidal Engine and ColorOS 16 optimization, the Find X9 targets users seeking flagship performance without compromising on battery life or camera capabilities. The 6.59-inch display strikes a balance between usability and premium experience.

The transition to rectangular camera design signals OPPO’s confidence in setting new industry trends, potentially influencing future smartphone aesthetics across brands.

Should You Wait for the Find X9?

If you’re considering a flagship upgrade, the Find X9’s combination of Dimensity 9500 performance, enhanced camera system, and refined design makes it worth waiting for. The comprehensive feature set suggests competitive pricing against established flagships.

For photography enthusiasts and power users seeking cutting-edge Android 16 experience, the Find X9 appears positioned to deliver exceptional value.
