OnePlus recently pushed its latest update, which brought quite a lot of changes and improvements for its users to saviour and being a OnePlus 11 user for over a year now, I can genuinely say, this is one of the best updates in terms of UI’s smoothness and usability concerned.

OnePlus’s latest 2024 update improves UI drastically

The CPH2447_14.0.0.701(EX01) update brought in bounce animation effect, and transition animations for Home screen icons and widgets alongside multiple small animations and optimizations. Also the number of transition animations across the UI from swiping up to exiting an app to device unlocking, OnePlus has worked on a number of things.

Even though I am not fond of the new adjust the volume option in Quick Settings and overall, a few things don’t look the stock OxygenOS you are familiar with but still, the overall performance and usability have improved drastically. I did not experience any lag or jitter during transitions anymore during my daily activities and it is clear that OnePlus has worked on the software this time.

I have used OxygenOS 13, 14 and even before that, however, the animation smoothness and overall software experience have never been this great. Did you update to the latest OxygenOS? Do let us know in the comments down below…👇
