A prototype carrying model number PLZ110 — widely believed to be the OnePlus 15T — has appeared on AnTuTu, and the numbers are hard to ignore. The device scored over 4.45 million points on AnTuTu, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage, and the benchmark suggests a 165Hz refresh rate display. That makes it the highest AnTuTu score recorded on a compact smartphone to date, edging past the iQOO 15 Ultra’s 4.5Mn by a slim margin depending on the variant tested — and your shared tip puts it at 4.4Mn higher than the iQOO 15 Ultra’s 4.2Mn result.

What the AnTuTu Score Breakdown Tells Us

In individual test categories, the OnePlus 15T prototype recorded 1,233,201 in CPU, 1,565,952 in GPU, 622,283 in memory, and 1,033,987 in UX. The GPU score is especially eye-catching — the Adreno 840 clearly does the heavy lifting here, and on a compact form factor, that thermal management story will be one to watch closely at launch.

What Else We Know

A 3C certification listing previously revealed 100W fast wired charging support, and an alleged real-life image showed a rectangular camera module with rounded corners extending across both sides, with two circular cutouts placed vertically on the left. Earlier tipster reports had suggested a 144Hz display, but the AnTuTu listing now points to 165Hz instead. Tipster Yogesh Brar has also indicated the global variant may arrive with different specifications from the China model.

The OnePlus 15T is expected to launch first in China before a global rollout. No official launch date has been confirmed yet.
