The Ace 5 Pro is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is designed to deliver top-tier performance. The base version OnePlus Ace 5, however, will come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC to keep the price a tad lower while being no less powerful.

In addition, the new OnePlus Ace 5 series should arrive in Indian and other international markets in January 2025, with these enhanced devices available for wider/global user bases. According to rumors, the OnePlus Ace 5 series will introduce BOE’s X2 8T LTPO display technology with a 1.5K display. It will reportedly come with a 6.78-inch screen, which is rather large for an immersive viewing experience.
