A tipster on Digital Chat Station has stated that the OnePlus 12R will go on sale in China on January 4, 2023. OnePlus 12R specifications and pricing: Rumors and details

With a 1.5K resolution of 2480 x 1264 pixels, the 6.8-inch AMOLED screen on the OnePlus Ace 3 will be impressive. The refresh rate—which is most likely 120 Hz—is not stated in the marketing. Furthermore, metal will make up the phone’s frame.

The OnePlus 12R is expected to have three rear cameras: a 50-megapixel IMX890 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. Rumors earlier this year suggested that the OnePlus 12R might come with a 16-megapixel front camera. Additionally, OxygenOS 14, an operating system based on Android 14, is reported to debut alongside it.

According to a MySmartPrice study. A maximum brightness of 4500 nits may be possible with the smartphone if it supports 2160Hz PVM dimming.

As per Gadgets 360, the upcoming OnePlus smartphone is said to sport a metal mid-frame and a glass body, along with a 5,500mAh battery that can be rapidly charged using a 100W fast charger. Furthermore, it is expected that the smartphone in China will run Color OS 14, while in India, Oxygen OS 14, which is based on Android 14, will function.

Starting at CNY 3299 (about Rs 39,500) for the 12GB+256GB model, CNY 3699 (roughly Rs 44,200) for the 16GB+512GB variant, and CNY 3999 (roughly Rs 48,000) for the 16GB+1TB model is the starting price for the OnePlus 12R (Ace 3). January 31, 2024, is anticipated to be the device’s release date in China.
