OnePlus 12: Complete detail on the Design, Display, Camera, Battery, etc

The OnePlus 12 is the company’s prospective new flagship model, and it may launch later this year or early next year. Perhaps the premium OnePlus device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.

Processor

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC from Qualcomm is rumored to power it, according to the most recent leak via a Weibo post. This makes sense in light of the earlier leak suggesting that the it would run on an unannounced processor.

Camera

The cameras on the OnePlus 12 could have a 50MP SonyIMX9 primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide-angle camera, and a 64MP 3x periscope camera. A 48-megapixel ultra-wide telephoto camera (which is anticipated to be the Sony IMX581) with an f/2.2 aperture and a second OmniVision OV64B 64-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom are additional sensors. Hybrid zooming may also be possible with this sensor. According to another source with leaked renders, the smartphone will have a curved display and a hole-punch display design.

Display

OnePlus 12 display

DisplayMate has already given the OnePlus 12 an A+ grade. The first 2K resolution monitor to be certified as DisplayMate A+ is this one. In terms of brightness, eye protection, and endurance, OnePlus claims that the X1 display panels offer six notable improvements and nine firsts.

Battery

According to the OnePlus 12’s battery specifications, the phone could have a 5,400mAh battery with support for both 50W and 100W cable charging.

The most recent leak that indicates the smartphone would have a USB 3.2 connector supports this information as well. OxygenOS 14 is reportedly installed on top of Android 14 to power it.
