One UI 6 features and details

• A more adaptable onscreen interface that allows you to alter the overall design and font choices.
• A redesign is underway for the Quick Settings section. A new row for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings, along with a few minor menu tweaks for dark mode and eye comfort, are the highlights.
• A few other changes are coming to the notification panel, such as the option to receive different cards for each notification.
• You can now search the app drawer for long-press features unique to each apps.
• The Samsung keyboard now features a new emoji style.
• enhancements to the camera, weather, gallery, and built-in picture editing apps, among other apps.

One of the best things about One UI’s one-handed mode is that it can be quickly turned on or off with a single motion.

You can swipe down on the bottom edge of the screen or double-tap the home button to go into one-handed mode, depending on whether you utilize the menu bar or gestures.

The screen shrinks to a smaller window when in one-handed mode, which can be adjusted in size, pulled up or down, and moved left or right for optimal accessibility. Even the UI elements at the very top can be easily accessed with one hand in this mode.

Samsung plans to carry on rolling out the Stable One UI 6.0 update to Galaxy handsets that qualify worldwide. At this time, a number of Galaxy devices—both flagship and mid-range—had the chance to test Android 14 in select markets via the One UI 6.
