To get the Beta version, you should register your device to the Samsung One UI Beta plan. The already registered devices already received this One UI 4 Beta 1.

The feedbacks posted by the Samsung Community members already pointed out so many bugs. As per the officials, multiple applications are not available for the One UI 4 Beta 1 at present.
