One Piece Season 3 Just Wrapped Filming — Here’s Everyone (and Everywhere) You’ll Meet in Alabasta

Filming on Netflix’s One Piece Season 3 wrapped in June 2026, and the Straw Hats are sailing straight into their biggest arc yet. This time, the crew lands in Alabasta — a desert kingdom on the brink of civil war, orchestrated by the ruthless Sir Crocodile. Expect new allies, deadlier villains, and some of the One Piece manga’s most iconic locations brought to life.

The Returning Straw Hats

Luffy (Iñaki Godoy), Zoro (Mackenyu), Sanji (Taz Skylar), Nami (Emily Rudd), and Usopp (Jacob Romero Gibson) are all back, joined this season by Princess Vivi (Charithra Chandran) and the Straw Hats’ new doctor, Tony Tony Chopper (Mikaela Hoover).

One Piece: New Faces to Watch

Baroque Works fields a deep bench of Devil Fruit users beyond the main names, including Miss Doublefinger, Mr. 1, and Miss Merry Christmas, each posing a distinct threat as the rebellion heats up.

Where the Season Takes Place

Season 3 stays rooted in Alabasta, a desert nation on the Grand Line. Key locations include:

• Alubarna – The capital city and royal seat of the Nefertari family
• Nanohana – The port town where the Straw Hats first arrive
• Rainbase – Home to Rain Dinners, Crocodile’s casino cover operation
• Yuba and Erumalu – Drought-ravaged towns caught in the rebellion
• Sandora Desert – The vast wasteland connecting it all
