Nothing Just Teased Phone (4b) And Its Transparent Design Is Already Turning Heads

Nothing has never been shy about standing out, and its newest reveal proves the London-based unicorn isn’t slowing down. The company has officially unveiled the design of Phone (4b) — the first entry in a brand-new series built to bring the full Nothing experience to a younger, wider audience.

If you’ve followed the brand’s journey, this design feels like the perfect midpoint. Phone (4b) borrows the refined unibody build of Phone (4a) Pro and pairs it with the expressive Glyph Bar first seen on Phone (4a). The result? Something that feels instantly recognizable as a Nothing device, yet distinctly its own thing.

What Makes Phone (4b) Different

Built For Everyday Use, Not Just Looks

What stands out here is the intent. Nothing isn’t just chasing aesthetics with Phone (4b) — the brand is clearly targeting practicality alongside personality. A durable, structurally reinforced body combined with a comfortable, skin-friendly finish suggests this phone is meant to survive daily hustle, not just photoshoots.

It’s a smart move. Nothing’s transparent design language has always been a conversation starter, but making it accessible to a “new generation of users” hints at a more affordable, entry-level positioning without diluting the brand’s identity.
