What’s Already Released: Mass Jathara Update
The most recent entry among new movies of Ravi Teja, Mass Jathara, hit theaters on October 31, 2025. Directed by debutant Bhanu Bogavarapu, this action comedy paired Ravi Teja with Sreeleela under Sithara Entertainments’ banner.
Despite mixed critical reception (ratings between 1.5 to 3 out of 5 stars), the film showcased Ravi Teja’s signature mass hero avatar. Critics praised his performance and action sequences while noting formulaic storytelling. The film made its OTT debut on Netflix on November 28, 2025, available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
RT4GM: The Next Big Release
Helmed by mass specialist Gopichand Malineni, RT4GM promises high-octane action entertainment. With music by S Thaman, cinematography by GK Vishnu, and editing by Navin Nooli, this collaboration brings together proven commercial elements. Mythri Movie Makers distribution ensures wide theatrical reach when it releases in 2025.
Genre Experimentation Ahead
What makes these new movies of Ravi Teja particularly intriguing is his willingness to experiment:
Bhartamahaseyalaku Vignapthi (RT76): Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi (known for Sita Ramam), this Sankranthi 2026 release marks Ravi Teja’s collaboration with a director celebrated for emotional storytelling—a departure from pure action fare.
RT77 with Shiva Nirvana: The filmmaker behind romantic hits Ninnu Kori and Majili is reportedly crafting a thriller specifically for Ravi Teja—an exciting genre shift that could showcase new dimensions of the Mass Maharaja’s acting range.
RT78 Superhero Drama: Produced by Naga Vamsi and directed by MAD fame Kalyan Shankar, this project enters uncharted territory for Ravi Teja—Telugu cinema’s superhero genre that’s gradually gaining traction.
The Science Fiction Wild Card
Perhaps the most ambitious among new movies of Ravi Teja is the untitled sci-fi project with Bimbisara director Vasishta. Originally developed for Ram Charan, the story was reworked to suit Ravi Teja’s image and timing. This collaboration could redefine his mass appeal with cutting-edge visual effects and futuristic storytelling.

FAQs
Why is Ravi Teja signing so many projects despite recent box office failures?
Ravi Teja’s strategy appears to be quantity meeting quality—diversifying across genres and directors to recapture box office magic. By collaborating with varied filmmakers from mass specialists like Gopichand Malineni to romantic directors like Shiva Nirvana, he’s expanding his audience base. This aggressive signing spree also ensures continuous market presence, keeping the Mass Maharaja brand alive while searching for his next blockbuster hit.
Which among new movies of Ravi Teja has the highest potential?
Industry insiders are particularly excited about RT76 (Bhartamahaseyalaku Vignapthi) targeting Sankranthi 2026. The festive release window combined with Hanu Raghavapudi’s proven directorial capabilities (fresh off Sita Ramam‘s success) creates strong commercial potential. The Sankranthi slot historically delivers massive openings for Telugu films, and pairing Ravi Teja’s mass appeal with emotional storytelling could be the winning formula.
