The countdown to K-pop’s biggest summer stage just got more exciting. SBS has officially unveiled the MC lineup for its 2026 SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer, and it’s a fresh, energetic trio representing some of the industry’s newest rising groups.
Taking the hosting reins this year are RIIZE’s Sungchan, Hearts2Hearts’ Ian, and NCT WISH’s Sion. The pairing brings together three distinct fandoms under one stage, a smart move that’s already generating buzz across social media as fans speculate on the chemistry these three will bring to the broadcast.
The show itself is set to take place on August 9 at KINTEX in Goyang, a venue that’s hosted numerous major K-pop events thanks to its massive capacity and central location just outside Seoul.
