We have all been wondering as to when exactly the highly-anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 will finally release. However, up to no avail, it seems that there are only rumors floating on the web which don’t have any actual backing.
However, it seems that the streaming giant Netflix has some idea about the availability of the game. The company put out a strange tweet recently confirming that Grand Theft Auto 6 would be “coming soon.”
Though, there are virtually many rumors on the web about the Grand Theft Auto 6, hardly any of them holds any virtue. And this is not the first time we are seeing any streaming company showing their hands in any of the games.
However, what makes this tweet a unique one is that, out of all the streaming tech giants, Netflix has never once shown any interest in any of the games, of course, it has produced movies based on games and animes, but that’s it. this is the first time that the streaming giant has openly embraced any games, and the game is none other than the Grand Theft Auto 6.
On April 13th, Netflix France’s tweeter account randomly tweeted that “basically, GTA VI is coming soon,” hinting at some type of insider knowledge regarding the open-world sandbox. Social media was set ablaze as fans clamored to probe the company for more information on the mysterious tweet.
It seems that Netflix was poking some fun around the internet, and have no idea about the game being released. However, the social media giant choosing Grand Theft Auto 6 particularly might give hope to some fans waiting for some reliable news about the next venture of Rockstar games.
