Motorola has just announced a new device, the Moto G51 smartphone in China, in partnership with local carrier China Mobile. The new device from the brand will be the first phone to release with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480+ chipset. The device comes with a big battery and screen, the price, on the other hand, is not as large a sum!
The Moto G51 is built around a 6.8″ LCD screen with an impressive 120Hz refresh rate, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and a single punch-hole setup for the selfie camera.
The back hosts a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide-angle shooter, and a 2MP depth shooter as well.
Motorola has equipped the Moto G51 with Dolby stereo speakers. The device has a noteworthy 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging.
On the software side of things, the Moto G51 comes with MYUI 2.0, a heavily adapted version of Android 11 for the Chinese audience with a plethora of customization options.
The Moto G51 ships with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage.
As far as the availability of the device is concerned, the Moto G51 is currently exclusive to China Mobile customers and it supports 5G networks on both SIM cards.
The Moto G51 has been priced at CNY 1,499 or $235(17,512 INR). If the Moto G51 is released in other markets, will it be as successful? Share your thoughts with us!
