The Moto G64 5G will launch in India on April 16 at 12 p.m. IST, according to a post made by Motorola India on X (previously Twitter). Additionally, it has been verified that Flipkart, the Motorola India website, and a few national retail locations would be selling it. The phone’s Flipkart microsite has gone up, exposing the design, color options, RAM, and storage settings of the next model.

moto G64 5G specifications, pricing, and availability

The Moto G64 5G will have a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. The MediaTek Dimensity 7025 chipset will power it. It is claimed to be the first smartphone in history to use this chipset.

The Moto G64 5G will include three cameras: an 8MP ultra-wide camera, an 8MP macro camera, and a 50MP OIS primary camera. It also has an 8MP depth sensor. You get a 16MP front camera for taking selfies.

Three color variations—blue, green, and purple—have been hinted at for the Moto G64 5G. The model’s appearance resembles that of the Moto G54 5G, which was its predecessor. The rear panel features a rectangle camera module with two camera sensors and an LED flash unit located in the upper left corner. The handset’s right edge is where the power button and split volume keys are located.

With support for 33W wired fast charging, the Moto G64 5G is expected to ship with a 6,000mAh battery. Additionally, the phone will be splash and dust-resistant with an IP52 classification. Its weight of 192g and thickness of 8.89mm are certified.

After launch, the Moto G64 5G will be available for purchase on Flipkart, motorola.in, and in-person retailers. The 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB variants of the g54 5G were priced at Rs. 15,999 and Rs. 18,999, respectively, at launch. The G64 should retail for about the same amount.
