Monster Hunter Wilds Is Going To Be Released In 2025

This Game Awards 2023 is special for several reasons, especially for monster hunter wilds. On the one hand, various games were awarded in different categories, and the event witnessed teasers of some major games.

Dead Rising, Resident Evil, Mega Man, Ace Attorney, and the list goes on. One prominent name among them is the Monster Hunter series, which was first launched in 2004 for PlayStation 2.

Till now, there are many new entries in the series, the latest being Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak in 2022. However, some got good responses while some not, and in this Game Awards, Capcom has dropped the teaser for its new game.

If you are excited about the new game by Capcom in the Monster Hunter series, then don’t worry. We are here to discuss that only, so without any delays, let’s dive in.

Capcom’s Monster Hunter Wilds Teaser Out

On the night of the Game Awards Capcom revealed the first teaser of its monster hunter wilds, the next generation. From the teaser, we can see the game set in a sandy desert biome with various new innovations.

These new features include a new flying Chocobo-like mount, a large group of monsters, and changing climatic conditions. These can be seen as a measure to promote awareness toward climate change, and resulting sandstorms and lightning.

After launching the teaser of the game, series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto shared his feelings about the game at the event,

“I’m very happy to finally be able to announce this title to everyone. Back in September, we were happy to show it to [Geoff Keighley], and it is planned for release in 2025.

We plan on revealing more information about this game in the summer of 2024, so, we hope you keep an eye out for it. Also, Capcom is currently celebrating its 40th anniversary. I would like to thank all of the Capcom fans for all of your love and support throughout all of these years. We couldn’t have done it without you. Capcom will continue to create exciting, fun games, and the best is yet to come.”

So, from his words, it is clear that the company is working on a fantastic version of the Monster Hunter series. Whether Monster Hunter Wilds will be able to earn fans’ love or not, we can see when it gets launched. The game will be released for the Xbox Series X/S, PC, and PS5 in the year 2025.
