After waiting for a long time, the Korean adaptation of the most-beloved series Money Heist become available to stream on Netflix. Now, only the first batch of six episodes only arrived, and the second season will be on the way to Netflix at any time in 2022.

The Korean version of the Heist series produced by BH Entertainment and Content Zium Money-Heist: Korea- Joint Economic Area is mainly a South Korean Netflix Original show and adaptation of the popular Spanish crime drama La Casa De {Papel (Money Heist). The story of the Alex Pina was screen written by Ryu Yong-Jae, who had assisted by Choe Sung-Jun, and Kim-Hwan-Chae.

If you are trying to find the similarity with the previous version, there we will like to know that the Korean adaptation does not match any of the quality of its Spanish predecessor, but it has its own charms and quirks that help them to stand differently.

Money Heist: Korea-Joint Economic Area (Season 2): Release Date

While writing about the second season, the release date has not been confirmed by Netflix. There is a high chance that we can see the rest of the six episodes come on Netflix before the end of 2022.

Money Heist: Korea-Joint Economic Area (Season 2): Expectations

In the second season, we will be going to see the final stages of The Professor’s planning will affect the second season. On beginning the escape plan, Moscow had been digging a tunnel onto the floor of the vault, and finally hit the dirt.

After that Moscow will be able to make their tunnel to freedom, away from the mint for the next couple of days. It means the hostages can continue the work on the fake tunnel as a distraction. It seems trillions of unmarked and untraceable Korean Won going to be printed by Nairobi and some of the team of the Mint.

In the next 72 hours, the unmarked Won would get printed, cut, and also become ready for moving with the escape.

It’s very unfortunate, that for some of the team, the authorities have already identified Rio, Nairobi, and Berlin. This is indicating upon their escape, there just have to flee the country if they really want a chance to lead a peaceful life with they recently get riches. While Berlin’s terminal illness just threatens a luxurious life after the heist and will going to do whatever it can take to confirm the success.

The Korean version has huge twist differences from the Spanish version, and it has exposed that The Professor once said economics at university years prior, where he can meet Woo Jin’s ex-husband, Kim Sangman. After getting impressed by his concepts of a unified Korean Peninsula, Sangman just introduced The Professor to an influential figure, and after that who will be hired to draft the plan behind this unification, and the plan for a Join Economic Area. If The Professor discloses his real name, then Woo Jin’s strange place companion might access the identity of The Professor so long as he has the idea where to look.

Money Heist: Korea-Joint Economic Area (Season 1): Response

On IMDb, the Korean version just bombed on raying. Now, it just stands the series has such a terrible 5.1 rating, however, six of those unaired episodes have got ratings before anyone got the chance to see them.

While the average rating of the first six episodes, the series might be sat at the 6.6 ratings. After the consideration, the series has got a fantastic review, and there’s room to argue the ‘true’ rating of the series considered a higher rate. The series has got an 8.3 rating on mydramalist, and also scored 90% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Money Heist: Korea-Joint Economic Area: Renewal Chances after Second Season

The original Money Heist show contained five seasons on Netflix. It’s still unclear if Netflix planning to take the Korean adaptation down the same road as the Spanish version or not. Before Squid Game, the most popular non-English series used to be Money Geist that has unprecedented with time. Money Heist was a series that brought a storm across the world, and the fans had on the edge of their seat from the beginning to finish, for that thanks to its popularity allowing Netflix could invest in many seasons.

Now, the Korean version of Money Heist is also very fantastic, and faithful version, but we doubt that this version might face some hurdles to reach those heights as the original Spanish drama. As the second season already got a huge response, we can expect more seasons from Money Geist: Korea-Joint Economic area after season 2.

A big thanks for the source.
