MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Key Specs Tipped: 3nm Technology and Performance Boost

The Dimensity 9400 is said to be the next flagship chipset from MediaTek and it could arrive in Q4 this year, so here are two rumored features of the chip. It will adopt the all-big core approach of its predecessor as well, with a Cortex-X5 performance core headlining the stable. Currently, we have a core under test at 3.4 GHz, but that could clock down by the time it launches and/or be part of a lower-end SKU. The rest of the chipset will carry three Cortex-X4 cores and four Cortex-A720 units alongside the Cortex-X5.
