Pochettino and Chelsea are expected to work together for the long-term, with decisions to be made keeping the bigger picture in mind. This will reflect in their transfer strategy and the way the project is built. However, there will be emphasis on an immediate boost in returns considering the team’s disastrous 22/23 season.
