India’s homegrown automaker Mahindra seems to be determined to become one of the leading EV manufacturer companies. Mahindra has exposed total give electric SUV ideas in the last month. Mahindra XUV400: Specifications
Last time, the teaser provides an overall concept of the XUV400 Electric front fascia. On looking at the teaser, it might be reduced instantly like the predecessor XUV300 Electric concept that had showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo. Mahindra’s XUV 400 follows the MEB platform from VW titled INGLO not going to offer with XUV400. All of the five EVs that have been unveiled by Mahindra on 15th August will be on the latest platform. The new XUV400 Electric will get NMC cells originating from LG Chem and also considered to be superior to LFP cells that have been used on the tough rival Nexon EV Prime and Nexon EV Max.
We are assuming XUV 400 will have 150 bhp of power along with a 400 km claiming range, and 300 km of the real world range from 40-45 kWh battery pack. Mahindra is trying to give more features for the customers like large touchscreen infotainment with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay a sunroof, wireless phone charger, ADAS features, and also dual-zone climate control, 7 Airbags, and many more safety features.
Mahindra XUV400: Price
XUV400 may offer two battery pack options with Nexon EV. The EV could cost Rs 15-20 lakh(ex-sh) to compete against the current best selling EV i.e. Nexon. The maximum cost of Nexon EV is from Rs 18.34 lakh to Rs 19.84 lakh, while MG ZS starts from Rs. 21.99 lakh.
