Luis Suarez could be on his way to join Inter Miami in December, once he can leave Gremio. The former Barcelona striker would be reuniting with Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba and his best friend Lionel Messi in the USA if the move indeed comes to fruition in the coming months.
The Uruguayan was linked with a move to David Beckham’s side this summer as well. But, his contractual obligations to Gremio and a number of other factors prevented him from leaving. Now, it looks like the stars could align for a massive Barcelona reunion in Miami.

The number 9 formed a fearsome partnership with Messi during their time together in Barcelona. They are also very close off the field, which has helped their chemistry in the game as well.
Although Inter Miami missed out on the MLS playoffs this year, they will be hopeful of making it through in 2024. And the addition of Luis Suarez, they believe, will help catapult them towards that achievement.
Jordi Alba was recently asked about his former Barcelona teammate rejoining them in Miami. The left-back responded positively, fuelling rumours of a four-man Barca reunion in the MLS. But, nothing has been formally agreed between the player and the club just yet, with Gremio still insisting that Suarez see out the entirety of his contract that expires at the end of the calendar year.
