Lost In Starlight, fashioned by the Climax Studio, the same team behind the Hellbound and D.P. series, is set to be Netflix’s original animated film from Korea. The story will take audiences on an expedition into the stars, narrating the tale of a special bond between two characters: rocketeer Nan Young and musician Jay.
You might recognize Kim Tae Ri from the show Twenty-Five Twenty-One and movies such as Space Sweepers and Alienoid. Now, she’sshe’s marching into the world of voice acting for the first time, attractive in the role of Nan Young.
Lost in Starlight Plot
According to the Lost in Starlight plot, Kim Tae Ri’ resolve gives her voice to the character Nan Young. Nan Young is an astronaut chosen to be a share of the fourth Mars exploration mission in the year 2050. She’s on a task to find clues about her scientist mother, who sadly couldn’t reappear on Earth due to an accident.
On the other indicator, we have Hong Kyung, who you might recall from the drama Weak Hero Class 1 and the movie Innocence. Lost in Starlight’sStarlight’s executive and writer, Han Ji-won, debuted with the short film Kopi Luwak and has created more acclaimed work like Clearer than You Think besides Recipe to My Daughter. She was also invited to the Sundance Film Festival for the screening of her short flick, The Sea on the Day When the Magic Returns.
The film will revolve around Nan-young, who requirements to go to Mars in search of her astronaut mother, who went awry through her expedition. As she gets selected for one of the probe projects and is about to go on board the journey, she meets musician Jay.
