One UI 6: List of Samsung smartphones that won’t get the update

Samsung has officially released a list of the gadgets that won’t receive the One UI 6 update. Some of the Galaxy owners would be unhappy with this news as they are not about to get any major updates to their system.

Samsung is committed to providing security updates and other required upgrades to maintain a faultless user experience, even though certain devices might not receive the most recent One UI 6 software update. Along with extending the time it would take to provide firmware updates from two to three years, Samsung vowed to supply a limited number of devices with four important OS upgrades over a three-year period. Here is a comprehensive list of Samsung products that will instead run One UI 5.0 and Android 13 than the promised next major update.

Samsung hasn’t specified a release date for the One UI 6.0 update, which is based on Android 14, but if the Android 13 release timetable is any indicator, some Galaxy devices ought to get the following significant OS upgrade before the end of 2023.
