Leandro Trossard to join Arsenal for £27 million: Done deal

Leandro Trossard is set to join Arsenal from Brighton, with a deal in place between the two clubs. The transfer has been given the here we go signal by Fabrizio Romano, and a £27 million fre has been agreed for the winger to join the Premier League leaders in the coming days. 

Personal terms have already been agreed for the transfer and the Belgian will sign his contract with Arsenal in the coming days. Medical tests for the move are also to be scheduled very soon to make the move official. 

Leandro Trossard to join Arsenal: Done Deal 

The winger has agreed a four-year contract with the Gunners and turned down two other clubs to make the move to North London. He hasn’t featured since their game against Arsenal, and the relationship with manager Roberto De Zerbi has since broken down. This has led to Leandro Trossard being asked to train alone and dropped from the squad. 

His agent publicly confirmed the situation and said that his client was pushing for a transfer. And now we know that the Emirates Stadium will be the next home for the talented attacker. His versatility will be a great factor in Arteta’s plans, which already include Gabriel Martinelli, Bukayo Saka, Emile Smith Rowe, Gabriel Jesus and Martin Odegaard.

Arsenal were closely linked with a move for Mykhaylo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk. They made three bids for the Ukrainian, but the transfer was ultimately hijacked and the player ended up joining Chelsea. Now, Arsenal have found their attacking reinforcement to tackle the latter half of the season with. And it remains to be seen whether Trossard can win the league with his new team in the summer.
