AMD’s graphics cards, the Navi 23 XT engineering sample which is manufactured by a PC partner has already leaked online and we have seen its images. However, the latest images of an AMD’s Graphics card look pretty similar to the already leaked Navi 23 XT engineering sample. If the cards are the same then the original design of the card seems to be completely different.
The leaked images show that the graphics card features a dual-fan cooling solution which is installed over a large aluminium heatsink. We can also see a lack of a large fin array indicating that this will be a budget-oriented model.
To date, we have seen AMD launching three graphics cards based on the Navi 23 XT GPU, but we are yet to see the GPU appear in the desktop gaming market. AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT is a mid-ranger based on Navi 23 GPU with 2048 Stream Processors. And we can expect that the card will feature 8GB of GDDR6 memory along with a 128-bit memory bus.
AMD also hinted that a possible launch date of the RX 6600 XT and RX 6600 graphics card will be August 11th and if this information is true then we can accept that the company will make an announcement in July, a week sooner to be exact on July 29th.
In other news, the card has also appeared on a benchmark platform called Ludashi. On the platform, the graphics card offers performance slightly higher than some GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics cards. And on the Ludashi platform, the card beat the RTX 3070 Ti GPU.
