Important Redemption Rules

Per-Code Limits: Each code accommodates maximum 10 users on first-come, first-served basis. Once redeemed by 10 players, remaining users will see “Code expired” messages.

Daily Restrictions: Each account can redeem only one code per day. Players cannot redeem the same code twice, and guest accounts cannot participate in redemptions.

Reward Claims: Players must claim rewards from in-game mail within 7 days or the mail expires. After collecting from mail, rewards must be claimed within 30 days.

Strategic Redemption Tips

With limited slots per code (10 users maximum), speed matters. Players should redeem immediately after code release for better success rates. Bookmark the official redemption portal for quick access when new codes drop.

Since each account has a one-code daily limit, prioritize codes based on suspected reward value or personal preference. Track which codes you’ve already attempted to avoid wasted redemption attempts.
