Forget red carpets and race tracks — this week it was all sand, surf, and family for Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton. The pair swapped their usual high-profile settings for a relaxed tropical getaway in Hawaii, and the photos Kardashian shared on August 17 offer one of the most candid looks yet into their relationship — bikinis, surfboards, and all.

What Actually Happened on the Kim Kardashian Trip
Kardashian posted a carousel of vacation snapshots showing herself attempting to surf, paddleboarding, soaking in sunsets, and spending time with both her kids and Hamilton’s family. It wasn’t a staged photoshoot moment — it looked like an actual family holiday, wildlife encounters included.

Surfboards Over Selfies
What stood out wasn’t the fashion — though the Gucci bikini and Chanel sunglasses didn’t go unnoticed — but the fact that Kardashian was genuinely in the water with her kids, Chicago and Saint, while Psalm hung back on the beach. Hamilton wasn’t just tagging along either; a mirror selfie showed him with an arm around Kardashian, blending into the family dynamic rather than standing apart from it.
A Relationship That Keeps Going Public
This Hawaii trip adds to a pattern seen throughout 2026 — Hamilton showing up more often at family gatherings, not just public events. For a Formula 1 driver known for guarding his personal life, this level of visibility with Kardashian’s children and relatives says a lot without saying much at all.
If you’re following Hamilton’s journey beyond the track this season, our F1 coverage on TechnoSports breaks down everything from his Ferrari season form to what’s happening off the grid.
