Jason Momoa is reportedly in talks to feature in Warner Bros. Minecraft film

Warner Bros is talking with Jason Momoa to make a real-life version of the Minecraft game for years and now this conversation indicates that Warner Bros. takes one step forward for happening this with the  “final talks” of the Aquaman star Jason Momoa to feature in the film.

The current reports have confirmed, that the actor will be seen in a pivotal role in Microsoft’s latest Minecraft franchise. Ankler’s reports reveal about the studio’s licensing agreement may expire in January 2023 if they delay starting the production of the film. As Warner Bros’ latest adaptation holds potential, so it’s normal that there may be some pressure coming on the studio for making things happen early.

The video game adaptations have seen a little bit of renewal at this time as you can see the success of Paramount’s Sonic the Hedgehog franchise just like Sony’s Uncharted. At the time while adapting video games has historically been a mixture, the trend seems like changing, and the studios also going to see the response and potential of the adaptations that are literally fun and trustworthy as the source material Adapting Minecraft is not very easy, but Warner Bros can utilize that rapid spin-off of the games like Minecraft: Story Mode, or Minecraft Dungeons as film’s template.

If you watch Pokémon: Detective Pikachu, you can understand actually what we exactly want to say for the work out of Warner Bros. and their Legendary Pictures!.

For years Minecraft become one of the best-selling video game selling over 238 million copies or download from its debut back in 2011. Minecraft franchise is already very famous as it crossed over 1 trillion views on YouTube last December. The latest game also has been got a huge success on many platforms.

There are many ways Warner Bros can be able to handle the franchise,  but according to us the biggest hurdle will be to get a proper start and a flexible team that has that much passion to find the source material. Momoa is obviously a great choice, and we expect that there will be a huge blessing if the studio is able to sign him for the project.

A big thanks for the source.
