While Apple has already launched its iPhone 14 series this year, we are hearing about the upcoming iPhone 15 series which is scheduled to go into early trial production according to Economic Daily News. With its partner Foxconn, Apple has already started machine trial production” ahead of the fomral launch later this year.
The iPhone 14 series received mixed feedback from everyone because they did discriminate the 14 series and the 14 Pro series, introducing Dynamic Island to the later. Intentionally, made the iPhone 14 Pro series a better buy, however, in 2023, the iPhone 15 series is regarded to have dynamic island all across the range.
Why iPhone 15 enters Early Trial Production in January 2023?
So, Apple has to do it right this time and to do so, the Cupertino giant seems to planning very early this time, its dear partner Foxconn has already received instructions to begin “new machine trial production” for the iPhone 15 and also begin begin new product introduction (NPI) for the device.
Obviously, implementing new features all across the board requires proper testing and it makes sense for Foxconn to begin early trial production.
Also, one factor which the report also states that this time iPhone 15 series will be made in both India and China, which is expected but the relative difference seems to have been decreased. Earlier the span was about two months but this time it is expected to be only few weeks and its expected to decrease even further because Apple is targeting India heavily.
The PLI scheme, which both Foxconn and Apple will like to benefit alongside the dependence of China, India has now emerged a brighter options for the long-term future. In terms of lineup, the new iPhone 15 series will have the same lineup as the iPhone 14 series with normal iPhone 15 at the heart, iPhone 15 Plus and both iPhone 15 Pro & Ultra.
