Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and Note 40 Pro 5G Debut in India: Pricing and Specifications Revealed

Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and Note 40 Pro 5G both featuring MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC were launched in India on 12th April. The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G are the Chinese smartphone company’s most recent mid-range gadgets. Both phones feature a Cheetah X1 power management chip developed in-house and offer three dynamic charging modes. The phones have curved AMOLED displays and a triple rear camera system, which includes a 108-megapixel main sensor.

There are two colors available for both phones: Obsidian Black and Vintage Green. The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G retails for ₹24,999 and has 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration. Meanwhile, the Note 40 Pro 5G is priced at ₹21,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version, offered in Vintage Green and Titan Golden shades. Both models are now available for purchase on Flipkart.

The early bird buyers of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G models get a free MagKit worth ₹4,999. The MagKit comprises the Infinix MagPower power bank valued at ₹3,999 with a 3,020mAh battery and the Infinix MagCase, valued at ₹1,000, with a vegan leather finish. Moreover, users get an upfront ₹2,000 cut using HDFC and SBI credit cards.

The dual SIM Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G and Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G operate on XOS 14 based on Android 14 and guarantee 3 years of security patches and two Android upgrades. They include a 6.78-inch full-HD+ curved 3D AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Both phones are powered by a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC.

The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G introduces memory fusion technology, allowing users to expand RAM from 12GB to 24GB, while the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G supports up to 16GB of virtual RAM. Both models incorporate VC Cooling Technology 2.0 for thermal management. As for the imaging aspect, the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series packs triple cameras, leading with a 108-megapixel main sensor and 32-megapixel front snapper, and defense by dual speakers tuned by JBL. The smartphone is enclosed in an IP53-rated encasing for dust and water resistance.

Moreover, the Note 40 Pro+ mounts a 4,600mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging, while the Note 40 Pro 5G flaunts a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging. Both models back 20W Magnetic wireless charging technology and claim to offer Hyper, Smart, and Low-Temp modes. Lastly, they also support NFC and feature in-display fingerprint sensors. Additionally, Infinix has introduced a 15W Mag Pad compatible with Qi and EPP standard protocols alongside the new handsets.
