The Infinix GT 20 Pro makes its debut in India next Friday, May 21, for less than ₹ 25,000. The Infinix GT 20 Pro will be a mid-range 5G phone to compete with the Nothing Phone 2a, Poco X6, and the upcoming iQOO Z9. Most of the phone’s specifications have already been announced in advance of its release, which was widely expected given that it was recently unveiled to the global market.

MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate will be India’s first flagship smartphone to feature the SoC, which is manufactured on a 4nm process. This Infinix GT 20 Pro model will profit from a boxy Cyber Mecha design with reloadable LED lighting suitable for gamers. Infinix is marketing it as a gaming device at a mid-range price point, even including a cooling fan in the package to enhance the gaming experience. Additionally, it with a dedicated Pixelworks X5 Turbo display gaming chip that offers 90FPS high frame rate, SDR to HDR conversion, etc. On the front of the display, the Infinix GT 20 Pro has a large 6.78-inch 10-bit FHD+ AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate JBL-tuned speakers.
Meanwhile, it is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging support and Infinix’s VC Chamber Cooling tech for heat dissipation. Running on the latest XOS14 custom skin based on Android 14, the Infinix GT 20 Pro promises users a clean, bloat-free software experience. The company guarantees three years of security patch updates and two Android OS upgrades for the device.
