Under this partnership, both companies have entered into a trademark license agreement in which Indkal Technologies will design and sell smartphones under the Acer brand name nationwide.
Starting in 2022, Acer-branded phones will become available locally as Indkal Technologies aims to launch several models through mid-2024. While the exact time frame has not been revealed they both aim to concentrate on smartphones between ₹15,000 and ₹50,000.

With these smartphones, Indkal Technologies hopes to capture a good portion of the market with powerful specifications and next-gen software technologies, which may include AI features as well.
