India’s Top 10 TV Shows This June Have One Clear Winner: Prime Video

While movies fought for streaming supremacy this June, the TV show battle told a completely different story. JustWatch’s Top 10 TV Shows chart for India (June 1-30) shows Prime Video quietly dominating the space, while a mix of horror, crime, and even a Bengali web-series surprise kept the rankings interesting all month.

Top 10 TV Shows: Overview

Off Campus — A youthful sports-drama series capturing college rivalry and romance, its jersey-and-swagger poster hinting at high-energy teen drama that clearly struck a chord.

FROM — The critically acclaimed mystery-horror series continues gripping Indian audiences with its unsettling small-town-trapped-in-time premise and slow-burn dread.

Raakh — An upcoming Amazon Prime original crime series set for 2026, already building anticipation with its intense cop-drama first-look poster.

Teach You a Lesson — A Korean thriller-drama on Netflix, following a tense ensemble navigating high-stakes secrets, fitting neatly into the platform’s K-content strength.

Widow’s Bay — A brooding period mystery drama with an ensemble cast set against a stormy coastal backdrop, streaming across two platforms simultaneously.

Euphoria — The globally buzzed-about HBO teen drama remains a repeat favorite, its raw, moody storytelling continuing to pull viewers back season after season.

Gullak — The beloved slice-of-life Indian family sitcom proves its rewatch value yet again, staying a comfort-watch staple for middle-class household stories.

House of the Dragon — The Game of Thrones prequel keeps its grip on fantasy fans, with its dragon-throne intensity securing a steady chart spot.

Mastram — The controversial adult drama series continues finding an audience years after its original release, reflecting the same nostalgia-driven pull seen with 365 Days in the movies chart.

Spider-Noir — An animated noir-style superhero spin-off, its shadowy, neon-lit visuals appealing to fans wanting something different from typical spider-verse content.

What The Rankings Reveal

Prime Video’s dominance is hard to miss — it claims four of the Top 10 spots, reinforcing its growing hold on India’s premium content audience. Meanwhile, older titles like Euphoria, Gullak, and Mastram proving they can still chart months or years post-release shows how much rewatch culture drives Indian streaming habits, a pattern consistent with how television consumption globally has shifted toward on-demand, repeat viewing over scheduled broadcasts.

It’s also worth noting the genre spread: horror (FROM), crime (Raakh), fantasy (House of the Dragon), and slice-of-life comedy (Gullak) are all coexisting in the same Top 10 — proof that Indian audiences aren’t sticking to one genre lane anymore.
