India was chasing 177 and had a poor start listing their first three batters in just four overs. Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya put up a good show having a partnership of 51 runs but eventually, both got dismissed. Even Washington Sundar‘s brave performance couldn’t help India from sinking. Michael Bracewell and Mitchell Santer scalped two wickets that put the visitors in a favorable position. Yadav and Pandya kept the hope alive for some time but at last, it got in vain. Earlier, Ishan Kisan, Shubman Gill, and Rahul Tripathy got dismissed one by one failing to showcase their magic.
