“I’m Game” Twitter Review: Fans React to Dulquer Salmaan’s Actioner

“I’m Game” released on September 3, after being pushed back from its original Onam date, and directed by Nahas Hidayath. As always, Twitter (now X) became the go-to spot for instant verdicts — so here’s what audiences are actually saying about this high-stakes thriller.

What’s I’m Game Buzz Saying?

The Story So Far

The film follows Dan John, a risk-loving gambler who trusts algorithms over luck — until the system turns against him and his world spirals out of control. Alongside Dulquer Salmaan, the cast includes Antony Varghese Pepe, Kayadu Lohar, Kathir, Mysskin, Samyuktha, Vinay Forrt, and Jayasudha.

Twitter’s verdict largely mirrors a common pattern for the film: a gripping, well-built first half that loses steam once the story tries to wrap things up. Fans appreciated the stylish action and Dulquer’s screen presence, but felt the momentum dropped once the plot needed to deliver payoff.

Whether “I’m Game” ultimately lands as a hit or a mixed bag may come down to how audiences weigh style over substance — but for now, it’s clearly got people talking.
