Huawei is keen on expanding its smartwatch portfolio in India and has now launched the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro Moon Phase Collection. The collection is made up of two variants, namely Sports and Classic.
The watches are a refreshed version of the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro that was announced by Huawei back in September 2020, they are not meant to replace the existing models and are meant to expand the choices offered to buyers.
Both the Sports and Classic variants are Flipkart-exclusives. The sale commences on September 18th but those who pre-order between the 14th to 18th of September can avail features such as a 10% cashback and no-cost EMI.
The Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro Moon Phase Sports will be selling for $312 or 22,990 INR while the Classic variant will be priced at $339 or 24,990 INR.
As for specs, the smartwatches come with a premium sapphire glass watch dial, paired with a titanium body and a ceramic rear-case. Over 200 watch faces exist so you will be spoilt for choice!
Huawei claims that the devices have a superb battery life of 2 weeks on a single charge. The smartwatches also come with a plethora of sports modes and that even includes a personal golf coach.
Additionally, the high-end design of the new Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro Collection is complemented by a unique Moon Phase function that displays different phases of the moon right on the watch face, users also have the option to choose different layouts that show stuff such as tide times, constellations, and more to, “enjoy the romance of watching time passing by,” as Huawei puts it.
Other specs include a 1.39″ AMOLED display with a resolution of 454 x 454p, Kirin A1+STL4R9 processor, weighs 52g without the strap, 5 ATM water-resistance, and 4GB of storage.
The watch also comes with sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, optical heart rate scanner, and air pressure sensor. It runs on Huawei Lite OS.
