Mission 1: Clear Out Devin Weston’s Mansion

Start by heading to the airport area to trigger a Martin Madrazo cutscene. This launches the first New Listings mission for Prix Luxury Real Estate.

Optional Step: Pick up tear gas canisters at a nearby location before approaching the mansion. You can use scaffolding to reach the roof vents and deploy the gas silently.

Main Objective: Head to the mansion and either incapacitate the bikers or make them flee without killing them for bonus cash. Clear both interior and exterior areas, then exit the zone to complete the mission.

Mission 2: Steal Construction Materials

Look for the Prix Luxury yellow logo in the La Mesa area of eastern Los Santos. This mission targets the Mile High Club construction site.

Primary Task: Steal a trailer loaded with construction material and deliver it to the drop-off location.

Bonus Tip: Grab optional tools scattered around for extra cash at mission completion.

Mission 3: Intimidate Construction Foremen

Head south to Elysian Island Docks and locate the Prix Luxury logo on your map. This final mission requires strategic thinking.

Key Objectives:

Destroy construction equipment—use a bulldozer to push them into water instead of explosives to preserve your cash bonus
Scare three foremen by drawing firearms (don’t shoot them)
Handle construction workers with melee weapons only
Escape the police chase after completion

Total Rewards for Completing All Three Missions

Complete all three missions by December 7 to receive GTA$1,000,000 cash injection plus the GTA$2,000,000 mansion discount, along with exclusive cosmetics.

Additional Perks:

Gold Tier VIP Status: Unlocked upon completion
Black Tier VIP Reward: Simply log in before December 7 to receive a free Übermacht Revolter with exclusive livery
Enhanced Payouts: Missions pay double GTA$ and RP, or quadruple for GTA+ members

How Much Will Mansions Actually Cost?

Given the substantial discount amount, mansions could cost anywhere from $6,000,000 to $15,000,000. The massive discount suggests these will be among the most expensive properties in Los Santos history.

Limited-Time Free Play Opportunity

GTA Online is currently free to download and play on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S through November 17, with no PS Plus or Game Pass requirement. Perfect timing to complete these missions!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to own specific properties or complete prerequisites before accessing the New Listings missions?

No prerequisites are required to access these missions. When you log into GTA Online, you’ll receive a call from Raf explaining the mansion situation and missions. If the call doesn’t trigger immediately, try switching lobbies or heading directly to Devin Weston’s mansion on Buen Vino Road where Mission 1 begins. However, this week Rockstar is offering a free Executive Office at Lombank West, which could be beneficial for running VIP Work and Challenges that currently pay 3X rewards. While not mandatory for the mansion missions themselves, having this infrastructure set up allows you to maximize your earnings during the promotional period leading up to the December update.

What happens if I complete only one or two missions instead of all three before December 7?

The rewards structure requires completion of all three New Listings missions to unlock the full benefits. The GTA$2,000,000 mansion discount and GTA$1,000,000 cash bonus are specifically tied to finishing all three missions by the December 7 deadline. Partial completion won’t grant you a proportional discount—it’s an all-or-nothing arrangement. However, you’ll still earn the standard mission payouts (doubled or quadrupled for GTA+ members) for whichever missions you do complete. The Black Tier VIP status and free Übermacht Revolter are separate rewards that only require logging in once before December 7, regardless of mission completion. Given that these missions take relatively little time and the discount essentially equals millions in free money, it’s absolutely worth prioritizing all three missions before the deadline expires.
