Honour Episodes 3-4: Min-Seo’s Chilling Secret—The Man Who Assaulted Her Is a VIP Member

ENA’s legal thriller Honour explodes with revelations in episodes 3-4 as Han Min-seo finally agrees to help L&J expose the Connect app—but her bombshell discovery connects the sex trafficking operation directly to someone inside the firm. Meanwhile, the 20-year-old secret haunting Ra-yeong, Shin-jae, and Hyeon-jin resurfaces with terrifying clarity: their “dead” attacker is alive and orchestrating everything.

Honour Episodes 3-4 Key Details

Yes, Min-Seo Agrees—And Drops a VIP Bombshell

After initially refusing Ra-yeong’s request at her restaurant job, Han Min-seo changes her mind and arrives at L&J Law Firm with the Connect app and its details. Ra-yeong immediately hires her part-time to assist in exposing the illegal sex trafficking operation.

While working at the firm, Min-seo notices a distinctive ring on Attorney Kwon Joong-hyun’s hand—Shin-jae’s mother’s business partner and L&J’s parent company executive. She instantly recognizes it: this man is a VIP member of Connect who violated her. The scale of justice symbol stamped on his hand (matching the 2005 green hood attacker) confirms he’s part of the same criminal network that assaulted the three lawyers decades ago.

The Secret That Changes Everything

The episode’s most devastating reveal comes when Prosecutor Park Jae-yeol arrives at L&J after the Connect app’s security system photographs the lawyers hacking it. Ra-yeong collapses in terror recognizing him—Park Jae-yeol is actually Park Joo-hwan, the man they believed they killed 20 years ago.

The 2005 Incident Flashback:

• Three law students (Ra-yeong, Shin-jae, Hyeon-jin) were attacked by a man in a green hood
• Hyeon-jin struck him with an iron pipe, causing him to fall unconscious into a lake
• They believed he drowned and kept the secret for two decades
• Park Joo-hwan survived, changed his identity, and became a prosecutor specifically targeting women’s assault cases

His greeting to Ra-yeong—“It’s been a long time, I missed you”—drips with menace, confirming he’s been orchestrating Connect’s operations while positioning himself to destroy the women who nearly killed him.

Hyeon-Jin’s Husband Discovers the Truth

Detective Koo Sun-kyu (Hyeon-jin’s husband) receives an anonymous package containing newspaper clippings about a Hankuk Law School male student’s mysterious disappearance. His investigation leads him to a college newsletter showing Ra-yeong, Shin-jae, and Hyeon-jin pictured with the missing student—Park Joo-hwan.

The detective’s intuition tells him his wife and her friends are “conspirators” hiding something major. With each episode, the walls close in on the three lawyers from multiple directions: Park Jae-yeol from inside the prosecution, Detective Koo from law enforcement, and Connect’s VIP network wielding political power.

Ra-Yeong’s Risky Media Strategy

To provoke Connect’s operators, Ra-yeong appears on television as L&J’s public face, declaring the firm will help sexual assault survivors and deliberately mentioning “Connect” on air. The gambit works—Park Jae-yeol reacts immediately, ordering police to identify who called the ambulance when reporter Lee Joon-hyuk died (another Connect-related death).

Honour airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 PM KST on ENA, streaming on Genie TV and Coupang Play. The Korean remake of Swedish series Heder features Lee Na-young, Jung Eun-chae, and Lee Chung-ah as lawyers whose solidarity faces the ultimate test.
