Honor‘s upcoming foldable smartphone, the Magic V5, has surfaced on Geekbench under the model number MHG-AN00. The listing also confirms that the device will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor paired with 16GB of RAM and run Android 15. In the performance test, Magic V5 scored 2976 in single-core and 8892 in multi-core.

The Magic V5 is said to come with a 6.45-inch OLED cover display and an 8-inch foldable inner screen, which could offer a 120Hz refresh rate. Memory and storage options may include LPDDR5x RAM up to 16GB and internal storage up to 1TB of UFS 4.0.

Powering the device could be a large 6,100mAh battery, supporting 66W wired and 50W wireless charging. On the rear, the phone is expected to feature a triple camera setup comprising a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera.

Other rumored features include satellite messaging support, IPX8 water resistance, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Magic V5 is expected to be released in China by the end of April. Alongside that one, Honor is also getting ready to launch the Magic V2 Flip, a clamshell-style foldable phone that is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and is expected to be coming out in July. Another model, MBH-AN10, recently made an appearance on the CMIIT for and 3C certification.

Those listings revealed a rated battery capacity of 5,950mAh and 66W fast charging support, along with satellite messaging capabilities. According to tipster Panda is Bald, the Magic V5’s battery will be 100mAh larger than that of the Vivo X Fold 5, giving it a 6,100mAh capacity—potentially the biggest battery ever seen on a foldable phone. Earlier leaks also suggested that the Magic V5 will run MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15 and offer a 6.45-inch LTPO OLED outer screen and an 8-inch foldable inner display, both delivering 2K resolution.
