HMD Pulse Pro Becomes First to Receive the Android 15 Update with Performance and Security Enhancements

But now, HMD Pulse Pro users can rejoice, the device is receiving the Android 15 update. According to Nokiamob, a popular blog dedicated to Nokia and HMD news, the update is rolling out with the software version v2.370 and weighs 3.12GB. This update includes several important improvements to the Pulse Pro, such as a performance boost that makes apps launch more quickly and reduces lag. Battery life has also been improved, helping you to get more out of a charge all the way through the day.

Along with performance and battery enhancements, the Android 15 update brings a slew of privacy and security features. The update adds more permissions for apps, improves data encryption, and gives users more control over managing notifications. The update comes with the December 2024 security patch as well, adding to the security of the device against security threats.

The HMD Pulse Pro, launched in April 2024, is a low-cost 4G smartphone featuring a 6.65-inch HD+ 90Hz IPS display and a Unisoc T606 CPU under its hood. It can support up to 8GB RAM and has expandable storage making it quite the solid choice for people on budget. The Pulse Pro packs a 50MP rear camera and a 50MP front camera, a 5,000mAh battery with 20W fast charging support, and a decent overall package.
