Hisense India, a subsidiary of the global consumer electronics and home appliances company, has inaugurated its inaugural Product Experience Centre and new corporate headquarters in Gurugram. Located at AIPL Masterpiece, the facility aims to consolidate the display of Hisense and Toshiba branded televisions and home appliances.\
The centre provides a comprehensive view of the brands’ current and forthcoming product ranges in India. Visitors can view Hisense’s latest television technologies, including RGB MiniLED TVs and Laser TVs, alongside the Intelli Cool Pro series air conditioners and recently introduced top-load and semi-automatic washing machines. Premium displays such as Hisense’s UX RGB MiniLED series in 100-inch and 116-inch models, and Toshiba’s 85ZXSP 85-inch television, are also on display.
Future product introductions planned for phased release in India, which will also be showcased at the centre, include smart screen and double-door refrigerators, Triple drum X-Zone Master and front-load washing machines, Hisense Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, dishwashers, and small domestic appliances such as microwave ovens and air fryers.

Hisense India: Strategic Expansion and Growth Targets
Pankaj Rana, CEO of Hisense India (https://www.hisense-india.com/), commented on the opening, stating, “The establishment of our first Product Experience Centre in India signifies a significant step in our expansion within the country. We are broadening our product offerings beyond televisions to develop a multi-category consumer appliance brand, supported by an expanding retail footprint, a growing product portfolio, and increased localisation efforts. The centre enables our partners and stakeholders to engage directly with our current market offerings and products slated for introduction in the coming months.”
The new experience centre coincides with Hisense India’s continued efforts to expand its offline retail presence nationwide. The company partners with retailers including myG, Nandilath, Reliance Digital, Sonovision, Khosla Electronics, Patra Electronics, Sathya Agencies, and Great Eastern Retail. This complements its existing presence on online platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. Offline channels are projected to contribute approximately 70% of the company’s business this year, underscoring the strategic importance of physical retail in its growth trajectory.
Hisense India aims to increase its annual revenue from US$100 million to US$150 million by Calendar Year 2026, anticipating further sales momentum from the upcoming festive season.
Commitment to Local Manufacturing
The company has also reinforced its commitment to domestic manufacturing with the recent inauguration of its first production facility in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. This plant currently manufactures washing machines and air conditioners. Hisense India stated its continued focus on local manufacturing, product localisation, and developing products specifically tailored for the Indian consumer market as part of its ongoing expansion strategy in the country.
