Grown Ups 3 on Netflix: Everything We Know

What Is Grown Ups 3 About?

The threequel picks up with Lenny (Sandler), Marcus (Spade), Rob (Schneider), Kurt (Rock), Eric (James), and their significant others after the death of a close friend, as they travel to Europe to spread his ashes and prove that they can still be fun — even in their sixties.

It’s a premise that balances heart and humour perfectly — the kind of road-trip comedy with genuine emotional stakes that the franchise built its audience on. Spreading a friend’s ashes across Europe? Peak Grown Ups energy.

Full Cast Returning

All lead cast members from the previous films are attached to reprise their roles: Adam Sandler as Lenny, Salma Hayek as Roxanne, Chris Rock as Kurt, Maya Rudolph as Deanne, Kevin James as Eric, Maria Bello as Sally, David Spade as Marcus, and Rob Schneider as Rob.

The full original ensemble returning is a big deal — this kind of cast alignment rarely happens. Fans who grew up with the 2010 original will feel the full weight of nostalgia hitting them all at once.

Why It’s Worth Getting Excited About

The film will be directed by Kyle Newacheck, who previously directed the first Murder Mystery film and, more recently, Happy Gilmore 2. That’s a director with a proven track record of delivering exactly what Sandler’s Netflix audience wants — big laughs, big heart, effortless fun. whats-on-netflix

Filming is scheduled to run for three months across New Jersey, Boston, Italy, and France — giving the film a genuinely cinematic backdrop that the previous two films didn’t have. For more Netflix updates and entertainment news, follow Technosports.
