Print quality just got a serious color upgrade. FUJIFILM India has launched the Revoria Press™ PC2120, its new flagship production press, combining AI-driven automation with an expanded color palette that brings screen-accurate vibrancy to paper.

What Makes the PC2120 Stand Out

Building on the earlier PC1120, the PC2120 introduces a newly developed green specialty toner alongside its existing pink toner, enabling stable one-pass six-color printing using CMYK plus two specialty colors. Together, green and pink expand the printable color gamut to cover 93% of the widely used PANTONE FORMULA GUIDE Solid Coated — meaning prints can now closely match what’s seen on an RGB monitor screen.

The press also leans heavily on AI: a Substrate Profiler automatically analyzes loaded paper and recommends optimal settings, while the Revoria Flow™ print server scans documents to suggest sharpening and image corrections, even detecting scenes like people or landscapes for automatic tuning. During printing, a Smart Monitoring Gate corrects paper color variation and misalignment in real time, without slowing output.

Why It Matters for Print Businesses

Speaking on the launch, FUJIFILM India’s Managing Director Koji Wada emphasized that the press was built to help print businesses boost efficiency and unlock creative flexibility as market demands evolve. Associate Director Priyatosh Kumar added that the combination of AI workflow tools and expanded color reproduction is designed to deliver consistent, premium output with faster turnaround.

The press supports a wide color model similar in principle to how CMYK printing traditionally works, but extends beyond the standard four-color process to unlock brighter, more saturated results — a meaningful leap for commercial and creative print applications.
